You don't have to have a ring to take photos with your significant other, especially if you've been waiting for a long time (I've been there). However, if you're reading this and you do have a ring, congratulations(!!) & let's plan your engagement photos!

It might mean going to a local park to seeing what we can do with a couple outfits. Or it might mean heading out to your family's pasture and focusing your love with cattle in background. If you're on the fence on whether engagement photos are something that you should do, I get it. While there are a few reasons not to take any, there are just as many (if not more) reasons to take engagement photos. One of the biggest reasons to take engagement photos is to "test drive" your photographer! Doing a session will help you decide if you are a match and to learn together what poses flatter and fit you the best. This will help your wedding day go smoothly and make sure you love your photos! Another reason to do engagement photos is that you may want to use them for your save the dates, invites, wedding decor and just social media!
